Customer Service Officer
About the Role
To be successful in this role you will be passionate about customer service, energetic and a true all- round team player. You will have an ability to work collaboratively within a tight knit team, have a willingness to learn as well as the drive to exceed customer needs. This is a permanent position based out of Brisbane.
Responsibilities will include
Answering customer queries and entering data for orders
Quoting and showroom sales
Assist with showroom maintenance.
Identify and develop sales leads
Coordinating back orders, credits and goods
General administration duties when required
Working collaboratively with the Branch Sales Manager and Customer Service team to ensuring that all customer's needs are being met
Skills and Experience
Prior experience working in a call centre and face-to-face customer service role
Be a highly motivated and have a willingness to learn
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Bring energy and a positive attitude
Intermediate Computer skills in - Microsoft Office and Emails.
SAP experience desirable
Experience in the packaging industry - highly regarded.
