About the Role

To be successful in this role you will be passionate about customer service, energetic and a true all- round team player. You will have an ability to work collaboratively within a tight knit team, have a willingness to learn as well as the drive to exceed customer needs. This is a permanent position based out of Brisbane.

Responsibilities will include

• Answering customer queries and entering data for orders

• Quoting and showroom sales

• Assist with showroom maintenance.

• Identify and develop sales leads

• Coordinating back orders, credits and goods

• General administration duties when required

• Working collaboratively with the Branch Sales Manager and Customer Service team to ensuring that all customer's needs are being met

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience working in a call centre and face-to-face customer service role

• Be a highly motivated and have a willingness to learn

• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Bring energy and a positive attitude

• Intermediate Computer skills in - Microsoft Office and Emails.

• SAP experience desirable

• Experience in the packaging industry - highly regarded.
