Customer Service Representative
About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our global leading industry client, working with their customers to assist with home based medical alarm devices. This role is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills, with an interest in a hands-on role, working with a wide range of customers, travelling across Greater Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Toowoomba with a company car provided.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience working in customer service
Ability to build strong relationships with customers
Prior experience working with the elderly and vulnerable individuals (desirable)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
QLD Drivers Licence
