About the role
Workpac are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client based in Karratha. This role has the opportunity to go temporary to permanent.

Our client offers a positive and clean work environment, with long-term staff members who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a happy phone voice and exceptional computer skills. The ability to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm is required.

What you will be doing

• Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone and email

• Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues in a timely manner

• Updating and maintaining customer databases

• Performing administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
