About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Customer Service Scheduler to join our leading Electrical client based within Gladstone for a full time permanent contract. This role is to manage and support in an administrative function, and manage, create and schedule jobs within the system.
Duties and Responsibilities:
General Reception and Administrative tasks
Check email accounts & respond accordingly.
Follow up on previous day unanswered queries.
Be first point of contact, create jobs & schedule into SimPRO for team members to complete as scheduled.
Manage incoming & outgoing mail
Receipt payments from customers via Direct deposit, payment in person or over the phone by EFTpos or credit card into XERO
Maintain email account
Check emails & forward remittance advices
Forward any project correspondence to Director, Project Manag
