Mulgoa Rd Upgrade - Leading Hand

Are you a skilled and experienced leader ready to make a significant impact on a key road upgrade project? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Leading Hand to join the dynamic team at Mulgoa Rd . If you have expertise in live traffic management and road upgrades, we want to hear from you!

Location: Mulgoa Rd, Penrith

Key Benefits:

• Daily Allowance: $43.73

• Meal Allowance: $16.70 (Payable after 1.5 Hours of ordinary hours)

• Shift Allowances: 15% for Afternoon/Nightshift

Roster: 10 nights per month on a cycle

Week one: 3 night shift, 2 paid stand downs at day rate for 8 hours. working 3 night shifts

Week Two : 5 day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of workers in daily activities related to road upgrades.

• Demonstrate expertise in live traffic management and safety procedures.

• Coordinate with project managers to ensure project milestones are met.

• Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with live traffic management in road upgrade projects.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.

• White card (Essential)

• Drivers licence and Vehicle (Essential).
