ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is Australia's largest coal miner and exporter, the world's largest supplier to the sea borne coking coal market, and the largest coal producer and supplier of metallurgical coal. The client has several mine sites across the Bowen Basin consisting primarily of open cut mines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking 6 experienced D11 Dozer Push Operators working overburden in the dragline team of an Open Cut Mine based near Dysart.

The role is 2 months minimum upon commencement and opportunities for ongoing work may be available to individuals who demonstrate a passion for upholding their key value.

As a key member of a high performing team, you will play an integral role in implementing the client's production requirements. This is a bus-in bus-out (BIBO) and drive-in drive-out (DIDO) role in the Isaac region situated 4 hours North West of Rockhampton and 2.5 hours South West of Mackay.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate a D10 and D11 Dozer working overburden.

An absolute commitment to working safely, complying with all site safety standards and ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace is essential.

It is imperative that you possess the ability and aptitude to maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance with mine working procedures.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be successful you will have a minimum of 6 months demonstrated mining experience with a minimum skillset of D10 or D11 Dozer Operator, to be verified by a signed SSE/ Delegate signed skills list or skills list (unsigned) supported by RIIs.
