About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join Rio Tinto???s Rail Engineering department. This role is based in Perth, with frequent travel to site.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and manage end-to-end data pipelines.

• Ensure the quality, and reliability of data.

• Design and implement tools and reports to enhance data insights.

• Provide insights to improve engineering and planning processes.

• Handle the complete lifecycle of your tasks from start to finish.

• Cover requirements elicitation, development, and version control.

• Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Analytics or similar

• Proficiency in data engineering and analytics

• Strong experience with Python and SQL

• Understanding of version control

• Experienced with data visualisation such as PowerBi and data profiling as part of EDA

• Well developed written and verbal communication skills

• C Class Drivers Licence
