Due to continued growth, our Coppabella and Moorevale based client has opportunities for Single and Multiskilled Production operators to join the team! Take advantage of great rates, culture and job security and the opportunity to work with a Global mining leader. These are ongoing roles and are available for residential, DIDO and BIBO candidates. FIFO from Brisbane is also available with a reimbursement available. Camp and meals with leading facilities provided.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Located in Coppabella, 140km Southwest of Mackay, our client is a producer of high-quality PCI Coal. Mining is conducted by a mixture of Dragline and Dozer and Truck and Shovel, supported by high class fleet of equipment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an experienced Operator, you will have the ability to operate Rear Dump Trucks such as CAT 789/793, Komatsu 830E within a coal mining environment.

Multiskilled Operators will be required to demonstrate capabilities across the fleet with Rear Dump Trucks, Dozer, Grader or Excavator. Some of the equipment on site you will be operating â

• Hitachi Excavators 5500, 3600, 2500, Liebherr 9400 Excavator

• Dozers Cat D10T, D11T

• Graders Cat 16M, 24M

You will be working 12 hour shifts on a 7/7 rotating roster. These positions are responsible for operating heavy mining equipment in a safe and efficient manner to achieve production and cost targets within the Mining asset.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Previous mining experience as a Production Operator (Single or Multiskilled) within a Coal Mining setting, such as Komatsu 830, 930 or CAT 793 and above.

• You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.

• SSE signed skills list, Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia

• The ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment & Drug and Alcohol test prior to commencement
