About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join our client at Cosmic Boy Forrestania, Nickel mine for a 12 month duration. This role will be FIFO on an 8:6 day shift roster, no shift work.

Reporting to the Project Manager, your overall responsibility is to provide onsite leadership coordination and oversite of the onsite workforce including 3 crews of 6 operators, 3 crews of maintenance personnel, efficiently, and effectively meeting client, HSE, quality, time, budget, and contractual requirements.

Skills and Experience

• Schedule 26 Statutory Appointment OR Section 44 with the willingness to transfer to Schedule 26 before April 2025

• Previous Supervision experience of a large team

• Experience in Bulk Earthworks or Operations

• Confidence in giving the team instructions
