About the Position:

In partnership with our leading Electrical and Communications Installation client, WorkPac are currently seeking a Electrical Project Supervisor/ Lead for an exciting full time, permanent opportunity to join our client based in the Gold Coast.

Due to increased growth and a large pipeline of upcoming electrical installation work, our client are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor/ Lead to control the planning, operation and administrative aspects of installation projects ensuring on time and in budget delivery. This is a permanent opportunity with our client based on the Gold Coast with travel to Brisbane.

This position is an fantastic opportunity for a Electrical Supervisor/ Lead who is looking for a long term career.

Responsibilities will Include:

• Oversee the planning, operational and administrative aspects of installation projects.

• The application of sound quality management principles for technical financial planning, controlling, delegating, client liaison, negotiation and communication are essential dimensions of the position.

• Total satisfaction of customer requirements and expectations and meet contractual requirements both commercially and technically

• Provide maximum contribution to Company profitability though the achievement of or improvement to estimated results

• Demonstrate effective leadership to all subordinates and ensure company safety policies are met at all times

• Assess project shortcomings, possible alternatives and potential opportunities

• Ensure positive Company cash flow through efficient control of payment claims and expenditure

• Ensure project variation prices are prepared expediently and submitted within the specified time

• Provide client assurance throughout the project that requirements are being met

• Ensure appropriate delegation and allocation of duties to supervisory personnel involved in the project and that all aspects of the project are understood by them

Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience across all aspects of Electrical Installation within an industrial, residential or commercial environment.

• State Recognised Electrical License

• Current CPR Certification, White Card - Construction Induction

• ACA Cabling Registration - Highly Regarded

• Excellent Communication, Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills

• QLD Drivers Licence
