About the Role

Seeking experienced Evaluation Utilities to provide logistic support for RE drilling projects including contractors and field team.

  • Ensure timely collection, processing and dispatch of all samples in consultation with project team members

  • Accurately record all data into ProTrak and validate data on a regular basis

  • Assist and further develop a culture of safety in the respective project areas

  • Train and mentor new Contract Field Assistants in all aspects of safety and field related tasks

  • Support Senior Geologists and Field Project Coordinators, and assist geologists with field based tasks, provide communication links between field and office based staff

  • Reinforcing quality work practices and maintain strict quality control relating to sampling and data collection

  • Improve procedures and pursue innovative process improvements for data collection

  • Assist with improving project and Department safety systems

Skills and Experience

  • At least 1+ year mining exposure

  • Current Australian 'HR' class driver licence

  • 4wd safe driver training

  • First Aid Training
