About the Role

WorkPac are seeking Expression of Interest for Experienced Operators within the Gunnedah Basin area to service a number of our local mine sites. These positions are suitable to candidates whom are willing to relocate to the Gunnedah area.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Reporting to the production superintendent you will operate mobile plant equipment in a production operating position.

• Work as part of a team working together seamlessly to provide a continuous flow of production haulage.

• Ensuring a safe work environment & adhering to all on site safety procedures, including participating in pre-start checks, paperwork & positive radio comms.

Skills & Experience

• RII's and or VOC's to validate previous operating experience

• White Card

• Australian Drivers Licence

• Police clearance

• CMI check

• Right to Work in Australia

• Proven track record of operating safely

• Strong team player who supports our client's operations

• Previous machinery operating experience such as civil experience will be considered

• Experience operating either of the below mining machinery preferred;

1. Dump Trucks - CAT789C & 789D Mechanical Drive RDT's, HITACHI EH3500-3,EH4000-2,EH5000-3

2. Dozers - CAT D10T & D11T, Komatsu 475-8

3. Graders - CAT 16M, 24M

4. Loaders - CAT 966, 980, 992

5. Excavators over 300 tonne
