About the Company

An opportunity has become available with one of the worlds most trusted John Deere and Vermeer equipment dealers, our client operates Australia wide with 29 dealership locations currently operational, they are now seeking to expand their team in Chinchilla with permanent roles on offer!

What you will be doing

As an experienced Field Service Technician, you will be developing long term partnerships with customers through maintenance and support of their equipment while promoting all aspects of the company. You will operate as an in-field representative of the workshop and you will be responsible for servicing equipment as assigned, traveling to various locations in the region and providing a strong customer service through phone and face to face interactions. The ideal candidates will offer previous experience in a similar role with a Mechanical trade background.

What you will need

• Relevant Trade Certificate -HD Fitter, Mechanic or Equivalent

• MR Drivers Licence

• Proven experience in field services

• Experienced in maintenance across heavy diesel products

• Excellent communication skills

• Additional tickets highly regarded - Dogman, Rigger, EWP or Forklift
