What You'll Do:

• The main focus in this role is maintaining stackers, conveyors and workshop equipment.

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on fixed plant equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify solutions efficiently.

• Collaborate with a team of maintenance professionals to ensure seamless operations.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any potential problems.

• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Fixed Plant Maintenance Fitter or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, and industrial equipment.

• Relevant trade qualifications and certifications.

• A commitment to safety and the ability to follow safety protocols diligently.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

• Local candidates in Port Hedland are preferred.
