About the Company

One of Australia's leading recycling & waste management companies, with operations in demolition, industrial and commercial sectors, this company have a site based in Eastern Creek (NSW) and are seeking experienced Maintenance Fitters to move into a Permanent role. The site is the world's largest recycling facility of it's type and they have a seen a considerable increase in production resulting in the need for more fitters.

What you will be doing

As the Maintenance Fitter you will perform routine maintenance and breakdown servicing of fixed plant such as shredding and sorting machines. Successful candidates will work 10 hour shifts (50 hours a week) and have the option to work on either Day, Afternoon or Night shifts.

Candidates will also be required to attend a site walkthrough and pass a Pre-Employment Medical prior to commencing.

What you will need

• Previous experience working on Heavy Industrial, Quarry or Mining machinery/plant

• Trade Certificate

• Working at Heights Ticket

• Confined Space Ticket

• EWP Ticket (high risk)
