About Our Client:

About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking Exploration Geologists. The position would hold a 8/6 roster flying in and out out Perth. This role is a great opportunity for a passionate professional who enjoys working in the field, has solid leadership and stakeholder management skills and able to bring all the pieces of the project together.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Plan and design drill programs for risk management in resources and reserves.

• Undertake field interactions with contract partners.

• Manage and oversee the collection and interpretation of data.

• Ensure sampling and quality control of geological data is maintained to a high standard.

• Provide leadership and support for contractor management.

• Contribute to on-site planning and scheduling.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Tertiary qualification in Geology

• Previous working knowledge of Pilbara Iron Ore geology or similar geological data collection and fieldwork.

• Experience with data processing, QAQC and geological data validation.

• Exposure to health and safety management and implementation systems

• C Class drivers licence

• First Aid Certificate

• Software and general computer skills

• Rights to work in Australia
