Whitehaven Coal is Australia's largest independent coal producer and the leading coal producer in Northwest New South Wales.

About the role:

WorkPac are currently recruiting experienced Dump Truck Operators at an open cut coal mine site near Werris Creek. Be part of the close-knit crew with a great team culture at one of the smaller pits near Gunnedah.

What you will need:

• 12 months production mining experience with a minimum CAT 777 or similar Skill

• Full C Class Licence

• Residential address located within 1hrs drive to Werris Creek

• Ability to undertake an Order 43 Medical and Drug and Alcohol screening.

• National Police Check (or willing to obtain)

What you will be doing:

• Operating Haul Trucks in a production mining environment

• Working both Day and Night shifts on a 7/4, 5/5 roster

Benefits:

• Base rate of $37.26 per hour base rate + penalties

• Additional night shift allowance of $5 per hour

• Additional Hourly Market allowances paid additional to your rate

• Allowance 1 = $4 per hour paid weekly

• Allowance 2 = $3 per hour paid quarterly

• Quarterly Retention bonus of $12k per year

• 10.5 hour shifts
