About the Role:
Workpac are seeking an experienced HR Manager for a permanent opportunity with our industrial Client based in Perth.
Our client is looking for a highly experienced HR Manager to oversee and deliver all HR activities and functions for the company at a corporate level. The successful candidates will bring experience and ability to deliver HR strategies and management processes to meet company HR requirements. This is a permanent opportunity based in Perth working Monday to Friday full time.
Key Duties:
Support Management in the definition of qualitative needs of employees and set up of all recruitmentactivities in order to provide the Company with HR needs in short, medium and long term
Oversee the delivery of employee contracts and payroll management
Ensure the management of training and development plans and programs in accordance with company policies and gui
