About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an HSE Advisor for our client's Solar Farm Project, based in the Pilbara on a 3:1 roster. The successful candidate would be independent, driven, keen to learn and prepared to work remotely on a roster basis.
Duties include:
Provide Work Health & Safety support, advice, and compliance to all construction personnel.
Internal training of workers through toolbox talks, competency assessments and workplace training
Maintain the site safety statistics and keep communicating with the site Team about the lesson learned and developed appropriate action plans.
Promote and encourage HSE awareness, compliance, and culture, throughout the project.
Skills and Experience
2+ years HSE work experience
Knowledge across OH&S legislation
Strong administration skills
Experience working on site in project-based role (preferred
