About the Position:

In partnership with our leading client, WorkPac are currently seeking a HSE Advisor to join our Maintenance Core Crew. Work across different sites, get exposure to a variety of projects and implement measures to minimise risk during shutdowns. This position will be a 2:1 FIFO roster for an initial 2 month duration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement, audit and conduct inspections of site specific HSE management systems

• Assist operational teams in complying with the HSE Management system

• Develop and implement new HSE initiatives

• Compile and issue HSE based reports (incident reports, trends analysis)

• Communicate HSE requirements to project/corporate teams

• Support risk identification and management processes to ensure risk of work activities is reduced to a ALARP

• Conduct incident investigations and issue findings to project team and management teams as required

Skills and Experience:

• Cert IV OH&S (minimum)

• White Card

• 2-3 years experience in a similar position

• Available and interested in short term/ongoing assignments

• Minimum intermediate level across the Microsoft office suite of programs

• Previous experience within HSE databases

• Ability to communicate effectively with a range of key stakeholders

• Incident investigation experience (eg ICAM, Taproot)
