About the Position

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer for an immediate start. This position is located in Port Hedland and would be suitable for a candidate that is happy to work in the Pilbara for 1 month.

The position is a Monday to Friday role working approximately 38 hours per week. Flexible hours are on offer if required.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical advice in the areas of human resources management and employee relations. This will include, however not be limited to the below duties:

• Develop strong working relationships with staff and managers throughout the organisation to drive business results

• Consult, support and actively partner with management and employees on employee relations, performance management, policies, and procedures, conducting investigations

• Contribute to the development of HR strategy, policies and procedures and delivery of the HR business plan

Accommodation, meals and a vehicle will supplied to the successful candidate along with flights to and from the town.

Skills and Experience

• WA C Class Drivers Licence

• Qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or similar

• National Police Clearance
