About the Role:

Workpac are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter for an full time, permanent opportunity commencing immediately based within Pymble with flexible hybrid WFH/ Office arrangements. Our client is a privately owned Transport and Logistics company, providing services across NSW including Western Sydney, Central Coast and the Mid-North Coast, and in South Australia.

Key Duties:

• Reporting to the HR Strategy Manager, you will oversee full internal recruitment processes including but not limited to;

• High volume recruitment across a variety of positions

• Liasing and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels

• Create position adverts and advertise vacancies on job boards

• Support candidates throughout the hiring process

• Collaborate with Recruitment Partners to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from screening CVs to interviewing and reference checks.

• Support hiring and on-boarding administrative activities

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 3 years prior Recruitment experience

• A sense of how to be a team-player, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail while managing several tasks with a desire to work to targets and deadlines

• Treats others with respect and dignity and holds others to account

• Operates with honesty, ethics and integrity

• Ability to Influence, coach and mentor both internal (employees) and stakeholders of the business

• A professional, polished and friendly manner
