About the Role

WorkPac are seeking an enthusiastic skilled professional to join our client for a 2-year maximum term contract (permanent), direct with our client.

You will be responsible for the delivery of key platform training for a transformational program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as a change agent and coach, guiding teams through transitions and fostering the adoption of new processes.

• Facilitate instructor led classroom training to groups and individuals.

• Assist staff both remotely and in person, supporting, advising and problem solving.

• Engage Stakeholders, telling the story of technology transformation.

• Design, and deliver training programs including workshops, e-learning, how-to and coaching sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

• Responsible for coordinating the design, development, delivery and monitoring of training requirements for IT platforms.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 5+ Years in delivering software training and/or tertiary qualification Certificate IV in Training and Development.

• Experience in delivering training on the Technology One CiAnywhere platform.

• Experience creating and facilitating the delivery of training materials in a wide range of media formats, channels and platforms to guide end users through technological process changes.

• High levels of written and interpersonal communication skills.

• Exceptional vendor management skills, driving a best-in-class approach to governance and compliance

• Class C car license (manual), DAS, and a valid police check
