About the Role

WorkPac is seeking a dedicated and reliable Labourer to join our clientâs team. As a Labourer, the individual will play a crucial role in supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient production of racking systems. This opportunity allows the individual to contribute to a dynamic company that values teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the assembly and installation of racking systems according to specifications and safety standards.

• Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Transporting materials and components within the production area.

• Performing general labour tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

• Following safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.

• White Card.

• Valid Driver's Licence.
