About the Role:
WorkPac is seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to work with our renewable energy client. This position is full time permanent, based in Perth or Brisbane, and is offering a competitive salary.
As the engineering lead you will be responsible for the technical aspects of delivering renewable energy projects. The ability to lead project engineering teams to completion is a strength you have, and your knowledge and understanding of the sales process to construction execution process is sound.
Additionally, you should also have critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills and a go getter attitude to understand all aspects technically related to the project and the overall business. The role demands an understanding of the clients requirements and providing the reliable solutions within project timelines. The role is a mix of coordinate the projects design team and design
