About our client

Our client the experts in Civil & Commercial Landscape Construction/Maintenance and are currently responsible for a high volume of landscape projects across the Brisbane and Gold Coast region. With a project now on the Coomera Connect - we are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join the team for an immediate start.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be a Leading Hand/Team Leader with the responsibility for supervising and coordinating the activities of the landscape maintenance team. Key responsibilities include quality control, task allocation, on the job training and development, and equipment management and checklists.

Whilst you will be the effective leader of the work crew, you will also be required to assist in work activities when required. This includes, but is not limited to, planting, mulching, soil works, turfing, watering and maintenance.

What you will need

• Driver's licence and Reliable Transport

• Leadership Skills

• Construction White card

• Experience in Landscaping

• Strong work ethic and physically fit
