Our client is currently seeking experienced and skilled loading coordinators/officers to join their dynamic team. In this hands-on and fast-paced role, you will be at the forefront of operations, ensuring that their high-quality products are loaded safely and delivered promptly to their valued customers.

What you will be doing:

Working Monday to Friday with the option of day and afternoon shift available, you will coordinate experienced overhead crane and forklift operators to pick, assemble and load steel and associated building products ready for delivery to their clients. As the loading officer, you will be responsible for conducting prestart checks, coordinating the loading/unloading of vehicles and collaborating closely with frontline management and shop floor employees to optimise the load across production halls. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you update records, complete load documentation, and control load zones with precision. Utilising advanced RF Scanning and PLC workstations, you'll read and interpret production/loading requirements accurately, while maintaining the highest focus on safe loading procedures and building standards.

What you will need:

  • Hold a current QLD High Risk Forklift licence

  • Truck licence is desirable, but not essential

  • Show a keen eye for detail, ensuring meticulous attention to every aspect of the loading process

  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively, meet deadlines and keep things organised

  • Excellent communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration within a team environment and contributing to outstanding results
