About the Role

Workpac are seeking an Administration Assistant for our client in the Hunter Valley that covers onboarding and maintenance of their mine site personnel

What you will be doing:

• Temp role initially for leave coverage then option for PT /casual role

• Managing personnel introduction to mines, medicals etc. Usual mine portals we cover Thiess, BHP, Peabody and Glencore

• Manage recruitment process for employees & contractors - inductions /medicals.

• Onboarding - data input, Hire Vehicle arrangement and update of register.

• Process of invoicing

• Use of SharePoint and internal management systems

What you need:

• Knowledge of Usual mine portals - Thiess, BHP, Peabody and Glencore

• Office / Share Point Current Drivers licence

• Be able to provide Right to work documents

• Supply 2 current supervisors for references
