Base rate of $35.00 Per Hour
Hours of 7:00AM - 5:00PM
Our client is searching for candidates to complete duties such as marking out of liners for cutting and use of bandsaw, using bridge saws and brick saws to cut ceramic liners, general welding duties including AR Bar and chute repairs, marking out and studding liners as per drawings, ensuring equipment is clean and shutdown after use and the premises is secured after hours, constantly evolving all systems and processes to achieve improvements in quality, efficiency and safety, ensuring the premise's plant and equipment is in operating condition to ensure best practice and operating efficiency to 5S Standards.
Other duties include inspecting all products in accordance with the Q.A. system and effective use of I.T.P's, updating promptly process specifications and ensure processes are followed, ensuring the plant and its departments are kept clean to 5S Standards, with safety line markings, notices and making sure instructions are clearly visible.
Successful candidates should also have lateral thinking, problem solving, strong interpersonal, training and communication skills, both verbal and written including negotiation, strong numeracy and literacy skills, also, hold advanced analytical thinking skills, are able to organize tasks through scheduling and resolving conflicts.

What you will require
??? Ability to read engineering drawings
??? Forklift license.
??? 1 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
??? Welding experience (preferred)
??? Experience in 5S and Lean Manufacturing
