Mechanical Fitter

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Mechanical fitter to work in the filter press and leaching areas. Maintenance and repairs. Experience in some or all of the below areas is desirable Hydraulics, Bearing installation, Alignment, Pneumatics, Conveyors, Agitators, Basic welding.

Hours is Mon-Fri 40 hours a week, locally based in Townsville. Ongoing with possible permanent role for the right person.

Skills/Qualifications

• Trade Mechanical Fitter

• Heavy industrial experience

• High Risk work licence /Dogger

• Attention to detail

• Strong communication with time management skills

• The ability to work within team and unsupervised
