WorkPac has opportunities for experienced Mechanical Fitter's working for our high profile client who is involved in the defence industry.

What You Will be Doing

As a Mechanical Fitter working on submarines, your duties may include:

Conducting maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on submarine mechanical systems and components.

Performing installation and testing of mechanical equipment and systems.

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical manuals.

Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical faults and issues.

Working in accordance with safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

What You Will Need

• Successful proven work history in mechanical fitting

• Experience working on submarines highly regarded.

• Relevant Trade qualifications

• Must be an Australian Citizen

• Ability to pass pre-employment medicals, drug and alcohol testing, and national police check
