ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Located 33km from the town of Glenden and only 190km from Mackay, our client is one of Australia's largest coal producers, who operate open cut and underground coal mines. Our client is a responsible miner of coal with a track record of excellence in supplying high quality coal.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking highly skilled civil operators for the Tailings and Rehab team at Newlands Coal mine in the Bowen Basin. This project is estimated to be 2 â 3 years worth of work.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Strong civil or quarry experience - Preferably already have CAT 785/789 skill with small digger and loader

• You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.

• Manual Drivers Licence required

• SSE signed skills list, Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia

• The ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment & Drug and Alcohol test prior to commencement
