About the role:

Are you a motivated individual seeking to build your career in Mining? WorkPac are currently recruiting new to industry operators at an open cut coal mine site near Boggabri. Previous operating experience (farming, civil, and quarry) preferred however, we will consider any candidates with the right attitude and desire to pursue and commit to a career in mining.

What you will need:

• Full C Class Licence and can confidently drive manual

• Residential address located within 1hrs drive to the mine site

• Ability to undertake an Order 43 Medical and Drug and Alcohol screening.

• National Police Check (or willing to obtain)

• CMI check (or willing to obtain)

What you will be doing:

• Learn how to safely operate Dump Trucks in a coal mining environment

• Working both Day and Night shifts on a Monday - Friday roster

• Meeting KPIs within the coal production environment

Benefits:

• Great hourly rate of $33.39 per hour base rate + penalties

• Additional night shift allowance of $5 per hour

• 10.5 hour shifts (52.5hrs per week)

• Monday to Friday roster - enjoy your weekend off, every week!

• Superannuation paid on all rostered hours

• 3 and 6 monthly Retention bonus available
