About the Role
WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Operations Assistant for a permanent role with our client based in Bayswater. The Operations Assistant will work alongside Operation Management staff in ensuring the company can meet the service requirements of clients. This is a challenging and interesting role in a strong, secure industry.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct punctual assistance to the Operations Manager and Contract Scheduling manager in day to day operational matters

  • Undertake Scheduling Management during work absences of the scheduling managers (eg. leave relief)

  • Co-ordinating special waste management services as required

  • Provide assistance to sales staff on technical and pricing matters

  • Interacting with drivers and clients throughout the day

  • Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives

  • Attending to other administrative, sales and operational matter as required
