Melbourne Based Position
WorkPac is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our leading client in Construction, Industrial and Environmental Services, to commence work immediately on their Melbourne (Brooklyn) based Projects. This position is Full Time Permanent, direct with the client.
Reporting to the State Manager, your main responsibilities will be to work closely with the management team and clients on complex closure project sites ensuring high quality project delivery. Working in a small team, you will have influence on identifying strategic project opportunities, engage in business development to secure work, prepare tender proposals, actively manage project work including quality assurance and contract administration requirements.
