ABOUT OUR CLIENT

BMA is Australias largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal and is owned 50:50 by BHP and Mitsubishi Development. BMA operates seven Bowen Basin mines (Goonyella Riverside, Broadmeadow, Daunia, Peak Downs, Saraji, Blackwater and Caval Ridge) and owns and operates the Hay Point Coal Terminal near Mackay.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Operating a Hitachi 3400, 5600 and CAT 5600, 6040 Excavators

• Stationed at Caval Ridge Open Cut Coal Mine in the Production Department on the BMA Circuit

• Working a 7/7 Roster from Wednesday - Tuesday, 12.5hr days, Rotating D/S and N/S

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Working for WorkPac at BMA's Caval Ridge Mine

• If approved for permanent, receive 105hrs of sick leave and 220 hours of annual leave accrued

• Roles are available for FIFO, Residential, DIDO and with BIBO options from Mackay

• FIFO from Brisbane with BMA chartered flights to Emerald and shuttle buses to site

• Camp and meals provided at Buffel Park, 10minutes from site

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 3400T or Higher Excavator Experience

• Minimum 6 months - 1 year experience in Mining or Quarry settings

• Hold or be willing to attain a Standard 11

• Current Driver's License & Right to Work in Australia
