WorkPac is a company that values Inclusion and Diversity as well as career progression. We are recruiting for several Crew Trainer roles which will see you initially commence work with us at a BMA Goonyella Mine site.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will be participating in the training and growth of employees, whereby you will be upskilling and signing off Operators. The role will also require you to carry out normal operating at times where you will be required to operate within a coal mining setting and will be working a 7/7 roster. Roles are available for residential, DIDO, BIBO. Machineries operated on site is Dozers (D10 & D11) and Hitachi 3400, 5600 and CAT 5600, 6040 Excavators

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Previous mining trainer experience of a minimum 6 months

• Trainer Assessor Certification with proven experience as a Trainer Assessor or Crew Trainer

• You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 or be willing to attain this

• SSE signed skills list, Current Drivers License & right to work in Australia
