Position: CHPP Operator Maintainer

Location: Bowen Basin

Type: Casual

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the Coal Handling and Preparation Plant equipment.

• Monitor and control the CHPP processes to ensure optimal efficiency.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team for major repairs and overhauls.

• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among the team.

• Operate a Dozer

• Keep accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance

  activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CHPP Operator Maintainer.

• Minimum 12 months experience on a Dozer

• Qualified fitter

• Have train load out experience

• Sound knowledge of coal processing and handling procedures.

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot CHPP equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance.

• Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• S11 or willing to obtain

• Coal Board medical or willing to obtain
