About our Client

Rio Tinto are expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs and improved health, safety and environmental performance.

About the Role

4 month contract with possible ongoing opportunity exists for an experienced production all round operator at Rio Tinto's West Angela's mine site. Reporting to the Production Superintendent, you will form part of the production team as a all round operator, As a key member of a high performing team, you will play an integral role in implementing our client's production requirements.

Skills and Experience

Demonstrated mining experience int he following,

• Hitachi EX3600, EX5500 or EX5600 excavators.

• Komatsu Dump Trucks 730E, 830E and 930E

• Additional experience operating Dozer D10 and D11 is desirable

Requirements

• 2 years + experience operating in an open pit iron ore mine site or similar

• Manual C Class Australian issued Drivers Licence (minimum)

• Ability to complete a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol screening
