Our client is a local Poly Welding business. The company has a strong commitment high quality products and time management as well as Health and Safety within the workplace, which enables to deliver a larger-scale of multi-disciplinary projects all over Townsville.

About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Poly Welder to commence at a role for a local client in Townsville. You will be working in an ongoing role from Monday â Friday with successful candidates starting as soon as possible.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out the installation of HDPE pipe work ranging sizes from 25mm to 700mm.

• Butt welding using fusion welding machines.

• Recognisable certification from welding machine manufacturer.

• Assist testing completed lines.

• Assist in the installation of the completed pipelines

Skills and Experience:

• A "hands on" attitude

• The ability to work independently and safely in a fast paced environment

• Also work well with others in a team environment.

• Be able to solve problems on the go

• Trade qualification with over 12 months experience

• Reliable and good work ethics

• Current Driver's Licence

• Right to work within Australia
