What you will be doing

WorkPac are seeking motivated individuals for a Portable Technician Trainee role in Findon. Our client is seeking a service focussed individual looking to start their career in the Fire Industry. You will benefit from exceptional training, employment stability and progression opportunities. You will be trained in the installation, servicing and repair of fire protection equipment and other related products. Your duties are not limited to: servicing of fire protection equipment to company standards and while delivering exceptional customer service. Assist with growth in sales, workshop activities which include disposing of fire extinguishers, testing fire extinguishers and refilling fire extinguishers. You will also assist other portable technicians on other sites.

What you need

• Current C class licence and own transport

• An appreciation of excellent customer service and the ability to communicate with clients on site

• Good time management and organisational skills

• The ability to work away from home when required
