Procurement Analyst

About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Procurement/Contract Administrator & Analyst to join our leading Mining client based in Brisbane. This position is on a Monday to Friday Roster (40 hours per week) for an expected duration of six months, with potential for extension.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contract management including administration

  • Supplier/contract performance management

  • Implement value delivery plants for contractor management activities

  • Continuous improvement of sourcing and contracts pipelines

  • Regular, timeous and visible reporting

  • Implement value opportunities and mitigate risks

  • Provide support on supplier performance management

  • Support the procurement team

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a Procurement position

  • High Attention to Detail

  • Strong communication and organisation skills

  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
