About the Role:

WorkPac is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Production & Reliability Officer for our esteemed client. This position offers exciting potential for long-term career growth within a supportive and tight-knit team environment. The role entails 45 hours per week, with flexibility available to accommodate school hours, and operates from Monday to Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform delay data entry, validation, and reporting for Longwall, Development, and Coal Clearance processes.

• Implement and maintain delay reporting systems to enhance operational efficiency.

• Drive reliability processes, including conducting RCA/ICAM investigations and recommending corrective actions.

• Actively participate in maintenance and operations meetings, capturing action items and distributing minutes as required.

• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and professionalism in all interactions.

• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the mining or related industry preferred.

• Proficiency in data entry and reporting software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

• Professional demeanour with effective communication skills.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
