About Our Client

Our client is a large Industrial company partnered with WorkPac, they are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator/Civil Labourer for an ongoing position in Townsville.

About the Role

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Forklift operator to commence immediately in an ongoing role. This opportunity is working on a rotating roster (4 Days On/4 Days Off/4 Nights On/4 Nights Off ). The successful candidate will have an extensive background operating forklifts in a fast paced yard/workshop environment and be able to labour when required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operating Forklift

• Operating around other machinery and ground crew

• Manual labouring

• Meeting strict safety standards

• Working both individually and a part of a team

Skills & Qualifications

• Must hold a current Forklift License

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role

• Clear communication skills

• Current resume with 2x work related referees

• Hold a current Australian driverâs license

• Availability for an immediate start

• Must be able to pass on-site random drug & alcohol tests

• Reliable and strong work ethics
