Project Administrator

About the Role:

WorkPac on behalf of our leading international Oil and Gas company are seeking an experienced Project Control Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and co-ordinate preparation of risk register and deviations register both

  • internally and with the client;

  • Providing general project administration support including updating reports, register

  • verifications, meeting minutes, checking invoices, data entry in SAP etc.;

  • Support Cost control, document control, planning, contracts administration as required;

  • Support and co-ordinate the preparation of weekly & monthly reports both to the Client

    and internally; and

  • Provide ad-hoc project controls related administration support to the Project.

Key Requirements:

  • 1 to 5 years project administration and/or project Controls Experience;

  • Degree in Management Engineering, Business Economic school, or similar degrees;

  • Good knowledge of MS Office package & SAP; and

  • Experience working in a project environment.

  • High level of initiative, self-drive and enthusiasm to succeed and progress;

  • Very good organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, manage

  • expectations and coordinate priorities;

  • Excellent verbal and written communications (in English);

  • Strategic thinking mindset;

  • Attention to details; and

  • Flexibility.
