About the Role:

WorkPac have an exciting permanent opportunity to join our client Speno Rail Maintenance based in Port Hedland, We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a fulltime position. The successful candidate will be working a 5:2, 4:3 roster, FIFO from Perth.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• This position will be managing a multimillion dollar contracts with clients BHP and Roy Hill for rail grinding and maintenance.

• Leading teams in safety, culture and production

• Administrative reporting and presentations

• Business growth and improvement strategies

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong negotiating skills, business growth and improvement strategist

• Exceptional communication skills

• Experience with managing policies and processes

• Field/maintenance experience and trade qualified; electrical or mechanical preferred.

• Rail and/or large mobile plant and equipment experience highly desirable.
