About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join the team at Rio Tinto based at Yandi mine. The successful candidates will work an 8/6 roster FIFO from Perth. This role will be for a 3 month duration with potential to extend.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee rehabilitation project being executed by contracted company RURU rehab.

• Reporting into the Site services Superintendent and engagement in all RTIO safety procedures.

• Contractor on-boarding, inductions, travel, mobilization, HME equipment inspections and approvals.

• L2 risk assessment and safety planning. Daily works monitoring permits and general CMS support.

• Responsible for project close out.

• Liaising with stakeholders to ensure safe transportation through site and mine.

Equipment being used:

• 1 x Cat 349 50-ton digger

• 1 x Liebherr PR 766 dozer (brand new)

• 2 x 40-ton artic dump trucks

• 1 x 966 IT loader with bucket, forks, and jib

• 6 wheel service truck

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience Working in CMS Supervisor roles

• Previous mining experience

• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills

• Excellent communication skills
