About Our Client:
Our client is a leading Australian owned Electrical Client, delivering traffic infrastructure and electrical reticulation projects throughout Queensland, servicing both metropolitan and regional areas.
About the Position:
WorkPac are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our clients head office based within Yatala. This position will be for six months in duration with the view for permanency for the right applicant, holding a Monday to Friday roster, commencing immediately with competitive rates on offer for the successful applicant.
Key Responsibilities will Include:
Reception and front desk duties
General office duties including but not limited to scanning, photocopying, printing & binding of documents
Data entry of invoices and associated record management
Asset management using Simpro Enterprise
Coordinating servicing and calibration of equipment
Printing & stationery
Maintaining uniforms & PPE stock
Administrative support to office personnel as needed
Keeping the office and kitchen areas clean and tidy
Running errands for the head office as required
Requirements of the Role:
Prior experience within an Administrative or Office Based position with high level of accuracy, attention to detail and data entry skills
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Prior experience in bookkeeping would be highly advantageous
Current C Class Driver's License and Own Transport
Working knowledge of Simpro Enterprise- Advantageous
