About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking a for our client a Recruitment Administrator. This position offers a Monday to Friday roster, located in Henderson.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Job Posting and Advertisement: Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company branding guidelines.

  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions, conducting initial screenings as needed.

  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and logistical arrangements.

  • Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and delivering feedback as appropriate.

  • Documentation and Records Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information, interview feedback, and other recruitment-related documentation.

  • Reference Checking: Conduct reference checks for selected candidates, verifying employment history, qualifications, and other relevant details.

  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by collecting required documentation, facilitating background checks, and coordinating orientation activities.

  • Recruitment Reporting: Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, including candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators.

  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process, including data protection and equal employment opportunity laws.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in recruitment procedures and contribute to the implementation of best practices.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS software.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
