WorkPac Health and Social Care are seeking experienced RNs to fulfil casual shifts in a Remand Centre located in Adelaide.

Job Role

As a WorkPac Health and Social Care RN working in Primary Care you will require the ability to work autonomously to complete medication rounds, conduct clinical assessments, emergency response, conduct post trauma/injury assessments and other primary health care services. This is quite an active role with onsite training provided.

To be successful in this role you will need to be available for rostered and short notice, casual shifts.Working in a Remand Centre requires hard work, patience, and a high level of responsibility. You will be required to complete extensive medication rounds, and complete medical assessments as well as risk assessments for the custodial patients.

Experience and Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years in Australia as an RN

- ED/Triagemandatory, Corrections experience advantageous

- Bachelor of Nursing and unrestricted AHPRA

- Current First Aid and CPR Certification

- Current National Police Clearance

- Influenza Vaccination Evidence

- COVID Vaccination Evidence(minimum 3 doses)
